Malls, shopping centers and retail stores are a segment of work in each office of Glumac. Glumac has provided engineering design for the core and shell of major malls, such as South Coast Plaza and Tustin Market Place in Orange County, as well as tenant improvements for many retail outlets. Major mall renovations have included Lloyd Center and Salem Centre in Oregon. Glumac has provided design for national roll-outs for Levi Strauss, The Gap, Crate & Barrel, Ann Taylor, Noah's Bagels, Starbuck's, Talbots and J. Crew. Glumac designers are familiar not only with mechanical and electrical requirements for large multi-level malls, but provide specialty display lighting design to meet the unique needs of retailers.
