We know how important response times to RFIs and submittals are to the success of your project. That’s why three years ago we implemented the Glumac Responsiveness Tracking System (GRTS). Every RFI and submittal is entered into our system and monitored by both project and individual to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that answers are delivered as quickly as possible. Our current average response time is less than two days.
