Glumac is proud to announce the opening of its ninth office on the west coast, located in Corvallis, Oregon. The new office is at 1555 NW Monroe St., across the street from Oregon State University’s engineering schools. The goal of opening this office is to provide a sustainable engineering presence in the Central and Western Oregon region, facilitate future work on the OSU campus, and connect with bright young engineering students who share our passion for sustainable design.

The Corvallis office will be managed by Sam Graves, P.E. Sam is a Glumac Associate Principal and a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 27 years of hands-on industry experience. He currently serves as the lead mechanical engineer in Glumac’s Mission Critical Facilities design group.

Glumac’s work for OSU helped establish Kelley Engineering Center as the first LEED Gold academic engineering building in the nation. In addition to being able to serve the future needs of the OSU campus, our new office will also help facilitate work in the nearby cities of Salem and Eugene. Past Glumac projects in Eugene include the LEED Platinum Wayne L. Morse U.S. Federal Courthouse, as well as various University of Oregon campus projects.

The building at Glumac’s newest location was originally built in 1919, and is being renovated to update the full interior to reflect our sustainable core values. The architectural design for the Corvallis office is provided by Gensler's Seattle office. This office will be seeking LEED certification once completed, and is scheduled to open in early May.
