Glumac Opens New Office in Downtown Los Angeles

The opening of our new downtown Los Angeles office this July marks Glumac€™s sixth west coast location. The office is headed up by Edwin Lee, P.E., LEED® AP, Managing Director with 21 years of Mechanical Engineering experience along with Mechanical Engineer David Summers, P.E., LEED® AP, Associate. Edwin was previously with Glumac in Irvine, and David was previously with Glumac in Portland.

Projects that the Los Angeles office is currently working on:

  • Fundamental and Additional Commissioning for the County of San Diego - Goodan Ranch Building, LEED® Certified
  • MEP engineering for the New Addition of Wynn Sciences Building at Azusa Pacific University (45,000 sf laboratory building)
  • HVAC System Design - Build on Pitzer College Student Housing Phase 1 projected to be LEED®Certified
  • New Oxidizer installation at Parallel Products (Alcohol) Manufacturing Facilities in Rancho Cucamonga
  • Daniel Freeman Hospital I.T. Department Expansion
  • Daniel Freeman Hospital South Wing Refurbishment
  • Mezzanine addition at H & N Foods, a cold storage food processing plant in Los Angeles
  • Commissioning and LEED® Program Management at Patton State Hospital
