Construction costs for renovations and new critical facilities are among the highest of all building types. We provide options for reliability upgrades along with their associated cost, and recommendations for which measures are most suitable to meet the client’s needs. Many data center failures are due to human error. Designing facilities that can be easily understood and operated, by the critical facilities’ staff, can be as important as additional levels of redundant equipment.
Dedicated Client Team
Your dedicated team of engineers will work with you on your project from start to finish. You can count your team members to be there as a consistent resource for you to reach out to with any questions or concerns through out the design (and commissioning) process.
Senior Management Commitment
Our project team will always consist of at least one Principal who will commit their time to your project design and delivery. Our senior management is personally there for you and your project to ensure it is completed according to your expectations. From the very start of your project, you will be able to meet with the Principal and discuss your project objectives. This Principal will also oversee the entire design team.
