Job Duties and Requirements
- 3-15+ plus years of MEP industry design experience required.
- 5+ years of REVIT and AutoCAD design software experience.
- Strong design background and understanding of systems and applications in buildings and facilities, including coordination with other disciplines – mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural.
- Proficiency in understanding building codes and standards.
- Client facing/client relationship/client management skills, and design experience including fire protection, fuel oil, and TI spaces preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, time management required.
- EIT or PE a plus.
- LEED accreditation a plus.
- CPD certification a plus.
